With graphic arts being so strong in Cuba — assuming that Cubans are somehow involved in the production chain of this public work — you’d think someone would have twigged onto the mistake, before the mural went up. Unless all assumptions are wrong and the Cubans intended to make a mockery of Venezuela’s Declaration of Independence on July 5th.
