That’s not reverse psychology, that’s a Bugs Bunny/Daffy Duck sketch (“Duck season!” “Rabbit season!!”…).
Reverse psychology is when Chavez accuses the opposition of wanting to use violence to oust him, so the opposition turns into a bunch of comeflores just to prove him wrong. Or when Chavez constantly accuses the opposition of not being democrats so that they do absolutely nothing other than waiting for the next election to come by.

For example, how did the opposition ever allow the CNE to direct and organize it’s primaries, down to dates?
For that matter, how has ANY ORGANIZATION IN VENEZUELA not part of the government let the CNE organize it’s internal elections?
It beats me… really.
